There is a 5 hour notice built in for calendar appointments and a half hour in between appointments. If you come with a friend I can reduce the break time for you. Leave me a note in the app't details for any considerations or requests.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged for session.

For emergencies or same day cancellation, changes, or requests it is essential to call or text me as emails are not read throughout the day.
