Thank you for your interest in self care through therapeutic massage and bodywork.  Your body will feel so refreshed after addressing some of the pain and stress that gets built up over time.  It really is amazing how eagerly the body will come into balance and heal with something so natural as massage. 
My core training started at Center Point 2002-2004 in Minneapolis with a focus on Shiatsu and Reflexology. 
I continued my education in Denver learning Ashiatsu (deep tissue massage using feet and overhead bar system for balance and flow) to a mastery level. 
I have body work options that are flexible to your specific needs and comfort level. Shiatsu and reflexology do not use oils so they can be received with comfortable clothes on while I also offer a more traditional relaxation or deep tissue massage with oils.
