Thank you for your interest in self care through therapeutic massage and bodywork.  Your body will feel so refreshed after addressing some of the pain and stress that gets built up over time.  It really is amazing how eagerly the body will come into balance and heal with something so natural as massage. 

I have body work options that are flexible to your specific needs and comfort level. Fully clothed shiatsu/massage and reflexology foot massages do not use oils and loose comfortable clothing is recommended. I also offer a more traditional relaxation or deep tissue massage with oils.
